This shirt had a thread bare yoke. Inspired by some recent fashion trends with lace I thought it would be a great idea to refashion the yok using a lace overlay.
Sustainability win ! The lace was actually a piece of old tablecloth or something of the sort that was laying around.
Like most repairs and alterations this required quite a lot of seamripping. I had to remove the entire back portion of the collar, and more than 1/3 of the shoulder/ armcye seam.
